Closing Out At Osetra

And now to close out the year with what was undoubtedly one of my top 3 meals of the year! The moment Christmas is over it's all systems go to find that "It" outfit to ring in the new year. Women are attacking racks in hopes of finding the perfect party dress and men are looking for luxurious loafers to pair with their velvet blazer.

Dining At Dunedin

For those of you that follow me on Instagram you know I'm a huge fan of North Park. For months I'd drive past this beautifully landscaped building under the assumption it was a nursery. Well, I couldn't have been more wrong! It was home to what I now say has the best chili in San Diego. Dunedin New Zealand Eats is a hidden gem that I've been raving about ever since I had the pleasure of dining there.

Heavenly Himitsu

Last night I had the pleasure of enjoying the newest sushi spot in San Diego, called Himitsu. The experience can be summed up in two words, Simply Divine! I've had my favorite sushi spot for about 7 years now and after one visit to Himitsu it has officially been replaced!

The Novelty Of Nick & G's

In doing so I decided to stop by Nick & G's, which is nestled in the gorgeous community of Rancho Santa Fe. When dining out I use all of my senses and expect the restaurant to appeal to them. Smoking Goodness

OOOOMMMGGGG! Smoking Gun is exactly what the downtown San Diego food scene needs. A neighborhood type bar with some of the best cocktails I've had the pleasure of enjoying and great food! Their signature cocktails are displayed in a Viewmaster (something children of the 80's greatly appreciate) which is pure genius and I spent at least 10 minutes just enjoying that.

Wondrous Afternoon At Westroot Tavern

When I hear the term "sports bar" there are a few things that come to mind. First, I envision middle aged men wearing their favorite team jersey, with the lower half of their gut (beer gut to be more specific) exposed, screaming obscenities at the players on TV's for "screwing up a play", because clearly they could do a better job.

Brazen Behavior
